Hi, I’m Joanne — Executive Director of Canada’s largest volunteer centre. My team helps connect more than 500,000 Torontonians with volunteer opportunities each year while supporting nonprofits to build strong, inclusive volunteer programs. I’m especially interested in conversations about belonging, civic engagement, grassroots volunteerism, and how we fund and sustain community connection in a time of growing isolation and pressure on the nonprofit sector.
