Hi there! Salut! I am the founder and a principal consultant at Social Impact Consulting / Conseil impact social. Since 2015, I have worked with over 225 organizations (NPOs, chariites, social enterprise orgs and public sector teams) on a range of projects, in both English and French.
I have twenty years of experience in management and governance in the non-profit sector, working with diverse teams to deliver programs related to health and social services, housing, legal services and more. As the former Executive Director of three NPOs / charity organzations, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with leadership in the face of pressing community needs.
I lead engagements in strategic planning, leadership coaching, governance, fundraising, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as the design and facilitation of collective processes. I volunteer with a neighbourhood-based community arts org and I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, exploring the city and participating in community events with my partner and son.
