Hi there!  Salut!  I am the founder and a principal consultant at Social Impact Consulting / Conseil impact social.  Since 2015, I have worked with over 225 organizations (NPOs, chariites, social enterprise orgs and public sector teams) on a range of projects, in both English and French.I have twenty years of experience in management and governance in the non-profit sector, working with diverse teams to deliver programs related to health and social services, housing, legal services and more. As the former Executive Director of three NPOs / charity organzations, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with leadership in light of urgent community needs.I lead engagements in strategic planning, leadership coaching, governance, fundraising, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as the design and facilitation of collective processes. I volunteer with a neighbourhood-based community arts org and I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, exploring the city and participating in community events with my partner and son.  I identify as a white, cisgender, settler, queer woman, entrepreneur, activist, and mother.
